Independence Support Specialist (FT/PT)

Praxis Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the North Down and Ards Mental Health Services. The role involves supporting individuals to improve independence, implementing person-centred plans, and working with team leaders to deliver tailored programmes.
