Autonomous Head Chef: Create Seasonal Menus & Lead Kitchen

Young’s Citygate in Exeter is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, crafting menus with seasonal produce and driving guest experiences. You will have autonomy to shape the menu, manage costs, train and motivate the team, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver exceptional service.
