Commis Chef – Fast-Paced Hotel Kitchen

John Lewis Partnership is looking for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade at the hotel, helping to provide a first‑class experience for Partners and guests, and supporting the Head/Sous Chef to deliver high‑quality culinary offerings while driving kitchen efficiency. This role is 45 hours per week with a rota including weekends, and a salary of £34,080 to £46,300 depending on skills and experience.
