Job Description:
Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Diabetes Specialist Nurse (Inpatient Team) at Band 6, part-time 30 hours per week. This post is a permanent appointment within an established diabetes service.
The successful candidate will provide clinical nursing leadership, education and advice to improve inpatient diabetes care, and work within a wide multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality patient care across the pathway.
