Aerospace Quality Manager – 4-Day Week & ISO Expert

Gregory-Martin International is seeking a Quality Manager for the Aerospace sector, based on the Kent/Essex border. You will lead quality systems, maintain calibration, and oversee inspection to ISO 9100/AS9100 standards, while acting as management representative for quality.

The role requires strong ability to interpret drawings, First Article Inspection experience (FAIR/LAIR), and driving continuous improvement through audits and cross-functional collaboration.
