Contracts Manager (Higways)

Overview

In this role you will own end-to-end contract delivery on major highways projects, from order through completion. You’ll work closely with manufacturing, clients and installation teams to plan resources, schedules and logistics. The position offers hybrid working and clear development toward a senior position within a growing company. You will shape delivery across civils/highways projects while collaborating with senior leadership to drive quality and throughput. This is a hands-on role for a proactive projects professional.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end contract/project management from order to completion
• Liaison with manufacturing, clients and installation teams
• Coordinate drawings, approvals, parts lists, logistics, POs and labour
• Hybrid role balancing office, site and home

Key requirements

• Contracts Manager / Project Manager background (civils / highways / major infrastructure)
