Head Sommelier: Lead Wine Service & Team Training

Hawksmoor seeks a Head Sommelier to lead our award-winning wine team in the UK. You will curate memorable experiences for guests through your knowledge, passion and warmth, bringing the wine list to life and supporting the restaurant team with training, service and recommendations.

As Head Sommelier, you will oversee stock, mentor FOH staff in wine service, and contribute to menu development while upholding Hawksmoor’s standards of hospitality and excellence.
