Exterior Design Director — Luxury Performance

McLaren Automotive Limited seeks a Head of Design Details – Exterior to steer exterior components strategy across the product portfolio. You will set principles for illumination, wheels, aerodynamics, graphics and sensors, guiding concept development through production delivery.

You will lead senior teams, collaborate with Engineering, CMF, Procurement and suppliers, and ensure brand identity and perceived quality remain at the heart of every exterior detail.
