Partner / Legal Director

Overview

In this role you will lead and grow a high-calibre real estate practice in Scotland within a nationally recognized platform. You will advise on complex investment, development and regeneration projects for a diversified client base across living sectors, including BTR, student accommodation, later living and healthcare. You will shape large-scale development and investment vehicles and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver market-leading transactions. This is a strategic hire with significant growth and client-development opportunities in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and.expand the real estate practice in Scotland
• Advise on complex investment, development and regeneration projects
• Support structuring and delivery of large-scale development/investment vehicles, JVs and funding
• Collaborate with corporate, finance, tax and construction specialists on transactions
• Drive client development, team growth and expansion of the Scottish practice

Key requirements

• Experienced Real Estate Partner, Legal Director or senior lawyer with a strong Scottish market profile
