In this role you join a collaborative development team to deliver new and enhanced software across multiple applications and frameworks. You will design, build, test, and deploy high-quality solutions with stakeholders, leveraging a mix of Perl, C#, and JavaScript while exploring AI-enhanced development. Responsibilities

• Develop software to generate personalised client communications (emails, letters, bills, documents)
• Resolve technical challenges and blockers to protect delivery timelines
• Support improvements and innovations in technologies and practices to benefit the business
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences to share updates, gather feedback, and influence decisions

Key requirements

• Experience of application development and support in an enterprise context
• Experience in an Agile development and/or DevOps environment with automation, CI/CD
• Leadership qualities with experience driving technical initiatives and improving development approaches
• Collaborates well, builds relationships, influences others, demonstrates good listening skills
