FS Reg Partner- Build a practice

Overview

As FS regulatory partner, you will spearhead the growth of a dedicated practice within a City law firm, leveraging your client following to drive expansion in financial services regulation and banking work. You will collaborate with the firm’s corporate and banking teams to deliver high-impact regulatory solutions. The role combines business development with senior-level legal leadership, offering significant internal opportunities and a confidential, growth-oriented environment. You will shape the practice strategy and client delivery in London’s market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a financial services regulatory practice
• bring and manage clients with at least 500k+ following
• advise on FS regulatory, banking and related corporate matters
• build cross-selling opportunities with existing teams
• drive business development and growth initiatives within the firm
• navigate a fast-growing, mid-sized City law firm environment
• cultivate internal opportunities and partnerships to scale the practice

Key requirements

• 10+ PQE
• E&W qualified
• currently a partner or senior associate in a City law firm
• must have an established client following (min 500k+)
