Litigation Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will work closely with a partner in a Legal 500-ranked Liverpool disputes team, receiving structured, one-to-one training from the outset. You will gain exposure to a broad disputes caseload across commercial, negligence, insolvency, and civil matters, with increasing ownership as you progress. Responsibilities

• Work directly with a partner and senior team members on a varied disputes caseload
• Develop from structured, one-to-one training to gradually own matters
• Gain experience across commercial litigation, professional negligence, insolvency, and civil disputes
• Support teammates and contribute to the team’s growth and mentoring culture
• Progress to taking ownership of matters and assisting junior colleagues as you advance
