Overview

In this role, you will Help clients realise benefits of new technology by shaping employee learning experiences and facilitating adoption. You will design and deliver training solutions within a cross-functional Deloitte team, spanning multiple industries and client contexts. You’ll work on learning strategy, content development, and delivery, contributing to transformation programs with innovative tooling and AI. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and help grow the Training Solutions capability. Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content and materials
• Conduct training needs analysis and learning planning/logistics
• Deliver training programs to clients and teams
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to drive project success
• Support practice development and contribute to new initiatives
• Mentor and manage less experienced team members
• Contribute to development of solutions and methods

Key requirements

• Experience designing and developing training content
• Experience supporting training delivery on projects or programs
• Development of training plans and managing dependencies
• Proficiency with digital content tools (Adobe, Vyond, Synthesia)
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Prince2 or Agile)
• Innovative mindset on transformation, change management, and learning technology disruptors (Gen AI, Digital Adoption Platforms)
• Knowledge of current market conditions
