Yankee Candle – Part Time Temporary Sales Assistant

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join the Yankee Candle store in Bluewater.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the store’s day-to-day operations




• Assisting in raising stock purchase orders and managing the order tracking document




• Handling cash and other daily administrative tasks




• Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service




• Daily replenishments and managing stock adjustments




• Ensuring the store and back of house is clean, tidy and organised




• Resolving issues related to deliverables and customer concerns




• Assisting with uploading PLU files

About You

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail




• A proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills




• Able to work as part of a team and independently, using own initiative




• Good organisation and administrative skills; good computer skills




• A passion for the brand and product




• Previous retail experience required; must be fully flexible for days, evenings and weekends

Hours

Part time, temporary. Hours will be discussed at interview.
