Food Hall Store Leader — High-Impact Ops & People

Sainsbury’s is seeking an experienced Food Manager to lead daily operations in one of our busy stores in Gloucester. You will coach teams, drive high standards, and ensure excellent customer service while delivering on KPIs.

You will manage people, scheduling, and performance, maintaining compliance, and occasionally take overall responsibility for running the store to meet customer needs. A proactive leader with retail experience is ideal.
