Hybrid 2nd Line Support Engineer – Microsoft Stack

Bechtle UK seeks a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our Northampton Service Desk, providing remote assistance and collaboration with 1st/3rd line and field engineers to keep incidents resolved quickly and customers satisfied.

You should have at least 2 years’ experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365) and related IT infrastructure. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in/2 days remote after probation) and a competitive benefits package.
