Lincolnshire County Council is recruiting a Job Coach to join the Connect to Work team. You will help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and care leavers into paid employment by aligning opportunities with each person’s strengths and interests.
You’ll work with employers and stakeholders to create opportunities, travel across the county, and provide reliable guidance on in-work benefits and employment rights while contributing to a growing, dedicated team.
