Gogo is seeking a Technical Support Specialist, UK to provide remote and onsite support for inflight connectivity solutions. You will aid OEMs and customers across satellite, air-to-ground, and network systems, collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve service reliability.
You should have a STEM degree and 1–2 years in technical support, with knowledge of IP networking and satellite networks. On-site presence in Farnborough is expected.
