Trauma-Informed Homeless Mental Health Clinician

Greater Manchester Mental Health Nhs Foundation Trust in Manchester is offering a secondment for a full-time mental health homeless practitioner within the Manchester Mental Health and Homeless Team until 31/02/27. Funding extension possible.

The post is open to qualified Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists with active registration. You will join a multi-disciplinary, trauma-informed team to support homeless individuals and link with local services.
