Insurance Renewals Specialist

Anderson Scott Solutions Ltd in Telford is seeking a Renewals Account Handler to manage a portfolio of small and medium insurance clients. You will telephone clients before renewal, run a pre-renewal fact find, calculate renewal premiums and secure a further 12 months’ cover.

You will cross-sell policies, meet KPI targets on renewal retention and rate changes, and provide a high-quality service covering all aspects of insurance arrangements.
