2nd Line Support Engineer – Hybrid, UK Travel, 25 Days PTO

First Recruitment Services Ltd. is seeking a 2nd Line Support to join the Client Services team in Shoreham-by-Sea. You will own customer cases end-to-end, troubleshoot using Linux CLI and PostgreSQL, and ensure issues are resolved within SLA while supporting a varied customer base.

Occasional UK travel is required; a valid UK driving license is essential. The role is office-based initially, moving to hybrid after three months, with 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm shifts. Salary £25,000 per year.
