COO Operations & Analytics Associate – Hybrid

Royal London is seeking a proactive coordinator to support People Priorities, DEI and colleague engagement across the COO function. You will help prepare timely updates, analyst briefs and decision-ready materials for senior leadership, turning data from networks and surveys into actionable improvement actions.

Work will involve close collaboration with the Group Early Careers team, scheduling induction activities and coordinating external submissions. A hybrid working pattern applies.
