People Services: Employee Relations Advisor

GMCA is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the People Services team in Manchester. The role focuses on delivering high-quality employee relations advice, guidance and administrative support across the organisation, ensuring a positive employee experience.

You will advise managers on policies, procedures and employment law, support casework, maintain data, and contribute to service improvements and workforce initiatives within GMCA and partner services.
