Job Description:
Rotherham United Football Club is seeking an Academy Sports Scientist to support the youth development pathway (U9–U18). The role focuses on athletic development, testing, and data-driven training plans in collaboration with medical and coaching staff.
You will lead strength and conditioning sessions, monitor wellbeing and workload, and analyse GPS data to forecast maturation and guide training across all academy age groups. DBS checks apply.
