Response Repairs Lead – Housing Safety & Compliance

Bristol City Council’s Housing Repairs Service is seeking an exceptional Response Repairs Manager to lead the Response Surveying Team and drive compliance with Awaab’s Law and HHSRS for around 27,500 homes.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership to surveyors and technical officers, manage contractor performance, and embed robust governance to ensure timely, high-quality repairs that protect residents and improve housing standards.
