Head of Governance & Company Secretarial

Zepz is seeking a governance-focused professional to join its Legal Team in London, reporting to Senior Legal Counsel. You will deliver company secretarial services, support board and committee governance, and ensure regulatory compliance across the group.

You will manage calendars, draft resolutions, oversee statutory filings, and maintain records while guiding directors and stakeholders through complex regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes autonomy, accuracy, and collaboration.
