Certified Swim Team Coach — Competitive Program Leader

YMCA of South Florida seeks a part-time Swim Coach to supervise practices, teach stroke analysis, and assist in developing competitive aquatics programs. You will recruit participants, coordinate with the Aquatics Director, and promote the swim team while ensuring safety and quality instruction for members and non-members alike.

Responsibilities include planning workouts, teaching techniques, and attending swim meets.
