Job Description:
Wordsmith, based in Edinburgh, seeks an Enablement Lead to own onboarding, training and enablement for customers. You will design curricula, run live sessions for lawyers and business users, and develop self-paced certifications to ensure self-sufficient adoption of Wordsmith.
This role focuses on capability-building, not delivery or sales. You’ll collaborate with Transformation, Customer Success, Support Engineering and Product to reflect real customer needs and product changes.
