AAB is a leading professional services firm delivering payroll, auditing, tax and advisory services across the UK. We are seeking a UK Payroll Manager to lead payroll delivery for SME clients, based in Aberdeen, with a focus on service excellence and client satisfaction.

You will coach Client Success Specialists, oversee payroll processing with QX and ensure deadlines, accuracy and compliance while driving continuous improvement and team development.
