The role oversees care for up to 2 children, 3-bed home, 40 hours per week, permanent contract, with a strong focus on therapeutic practices and safeguarding.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential care, 2+ years in leadership, and holds NVQ Level 3 and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
