Appointed Person: Lifting Operations for Concrete Projects

Carmichael UK is seeking an experienced Appointed Person (AP – Lifting Operations) to join a leading concrete contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK. This role is based in the North East and focuses on planning, managing and supervising lifting operations to ensure safe delivery of complex structures.

You will produce lift plans to BS 7121, assess crane suitability, liaise with site teams and suppliers, ensure LOLER/PUWER compliance, and maintain lifting records.
