- ReportdirectlytoandcollaboratingwiththeBoardtoensureperformancetargetsaremet
- ResponsibleforallaspectsofChildrenLawworkincludingprovidingtechnicalexpertiseandguidancetootherteammembers
- AbilitytomanageandsuperviseTraineeSolicitorsandCaseworkerstomanageappropriatecaseloadtypesandcomplexities
- Assistingwithdeliveryofappropriatetraininganddevelopmentinthedepartment
- VarietyofdutiesincludingdealingwitharangeofChildrenworkincludingdivorce,financialdisputesandremedies,internationalelementsofchildabduction/adoption,injunctions/nonmolestationordersandprovidingtechnicalexpertiseandguidancetootherteammembers
- Youwillhaveaprofessionalpro‑activeapproach,strongclientcareskillsandbeinterestedinBusinessDevelopmentandMarketingtosupplementthesubstantialworkvolumesbroughtinbythe
