Equipped4Life seeks a dedicated support worker to safeguard and assist young people aged 16–21 in semi-independent homes. You will help develop independent skills and promote health, education, and social participation.
You will contribute to budgeting, daily living tasks, and safe, respectful care while maintaining records and communicating with line managers. Flexibility for on-site shifts and occasional sleeps is required.
