2Excel Aviation Ltd is seeking an Operations Shift Supervisor to oversee the Operations and Crewing functions and to support the delivery of the flying programme, including freight, VIP, and trial aircraft, while ensuring safety, legal, and commercial requirements are met.

The role requires strong aviation knowledge, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to manage resources and respond to emergencies in a high‑tempo environment. On-site in the UK with 4 days on/4 days off shifts.
