Equipped4Life (E4L) provides care and accommodation for looked after young people aged 16–21 in semi-independent homes. The Caseworker will plan and deliver essential support, working with staff to ensure hours are fulfilled and young people engage in positive activities.
Responsibilities include safeguarding, recording progress, and coordinating with social services and education providers. DBS clearance is required prior to starting.
