Overview
In this client-side role, you will lead the commercial development function to deliver high-quality projects across the full development lifecycle. You will collaborate with senior leadership to execute current developments and help grow the future pipeline. The role spans site assembly, feasibility, planning, design, construction and letting, enabling value for communities, occupiers and investors. This is an opportunity to shape multi-phase developments within a dynamic, team-oriented company that prioritises long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full development lifecycle from site assembly to letting
- Advance current developments through feasibility, planning, design, construction and securing tenure
- Collaborate with senior leadership to bring projects to fruition
- Support growth of the future development pipeline
- Work client-side to deliver high-quality, regenerative developments
