Responsibilities
- Manage high-value family law caseload including financial remedy, divorce, and children matters
- Handle multi-jurisdictional assets and offshore structures
- Oversee cases involving substantial sums (often exceeding £10m) and international aspects
- Collaborate with a growing, forward-thinking team and contribute to strategic development
Key requirements
- Experience across the full range of family law (divorce, finances, children, injunctions, nuptial agreements)
- Ability to handle complex, sensitive, and high-value matters with confidence
