Divisional FD (Construction)

Overview

In this role you will lead monthly management accounting and board pack reporting, oversee the transactional team, and support operational business partnering. You will own budgets and forecasts, and ensure accurate CIS returns. You’ll work closely with non-finance stakeholders in a family-type culture at a growing construction business. The position offers a supportive environment with opportunity to shape finance operations and contribute to long-term company success. This is a senior, impact-driven role with a clear path beyond the current Head of Finance focus.
