Senior Casualty Claims Broker

Overview

In this role you will manage U.S. Casualty claims with a smaller focus on Energy, advising and facilitating collections to the London market. You will build and maintain strong relationships with Underwriters, Adjusters and Lawyers to support claims outcomes. The position offers hybrid work and backing for professional qualifications. You will operate in a fast-growing Lloyd’s Broker, contributing to claims strategy and cross-market coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle U.S. Casualty (EL/PL) claims and a portion of Energy claims.
• Broker advice and manage collections to the London market.
• Develop and manage relationships with Underwriters, Adjusters and Lawyers.

Key requirements

• Casualty (EL/PL) claims experience, preferably from the U.S.
• Strong persuasive and influencing skills
• Familiarity with ECF (Electronic Claims File)
