Responsibilities

• Handle a range of property litigation matters, including cross-border elements
• Manage some commercial disputes alongside core property work
• Provide direct client contact and build long-term relationships
• Take ownership of case strategy, workflow, and risk management
• Contribute to the growth and scaling of the litigation team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex disputes
• Support business development efforts with clients and referral sources
• Deliver high-quality, commercially minded legal advice

Key requirements

• 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation
• Commercially minded with a strong client-facing orientation
• Excellent written and oral advocacy and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with international/cross-border clients
• Team player with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
