Deputy Home Manager – Children’s Residential Care

Cambian Group plc is seeking a compassionate and resilient Deputy Manager to lead our children’s residential home. You will deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence and oversee a dedicated care team, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding for each young person.

You will work closely with families, social workers and education professionals to deliver positive outcomes, maintain placement plans, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
