Islington Council is seeking a Reablement Support Worker to deliver care and support under Reablement plans. You will report safeguarding concerns to the Duty Manager and ensure Care Act compliance while fostering independence for service users.
The role requires documenting visits, supporting medications per the plan, and liaising with health professionals across a seven-day week schedule. DBS will be required.
