Secret Level Studios is seeking an experienced Art Lead/Art Director to define the visual direction of our upcoming titles. This hands-on leadership role combines creative vision with practical game development, guiding internal artists and external partners to produce production-quality assets in Unity.
You will shape environments, characters, and UI across titles, mentor the team, and help establish art pipelines and quality standards aligned with gameplay goals and technical directions.
