Banking & Finance Associate – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will handle non-contentious banking work across a broad spectrum, including real estate, project and infrastructure, corporate and acquisition, fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives. You will work within a Tier 1 Banking & Finance team on high-quality domestic and cross-border transactions for lenders, sponsors, borrowers and public sector bodies. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of matters from inception through to completion
• Advise on non-contentious banking work across real estate finance, project/infrastructure finance, corporate and acquisition finance, fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives
• Serve a diverse client base including banks, institutions, funds and international corporates
• Develop and manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to high-value, international transactions and practical, commercial solutions

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland)
• Around 3+ years’ PQE in banking & finance at a well-regarded firm
• Strong experience across banking transactions and lending structures
• Commercial, solutions-focused mindset with excellent technical ability
• Confidence to manage transactions and build client relationships
