Enabling Support Worker — Empower Independent Living

Shaftesbury is recruiting a Complex Enabling Support Worker for York House, Shrewsbury. You will provide support and encouragement to residents, following the person-centred plan and ensuring care is person-focused and inclusive.

You will maintain accurate records, may assist with personal care and medication, and occasionally cover sleep-in sessions, paid an additional £60 per sleep in. The role supports independence and community inclusion.
