In-Branch Banking Advisor – Customer Focused

Nationwide in Guildford is hiring a Customer Representative to support customers face-to-face, over the phone and online across a busy branch. You’ll help with everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers to banking services and digital tools with care.

This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) requires a welcoming approach and the ability to adapt to a changing workload while keeping customers’ money safe and well managed.
