Overview

In this role you lead technology and IT services procurement during a pivotal transformation post-acquisition. You will shape category strategies, manage complex sourcing, and drive value across the contract lifecycle within a global bank. You’ll influence stakeholders and strengthen supplier performance to deliver commercial impact. Responsibilities

• Own Technology and IT Services spend portfolio
• Develop category strategies aligned with technology priorities and global colleagues
• Lead complex sourcing projects and negotiate robust contracts
• Identify savings and broader value across contract lifecycles
• Build stakeholder relationships and influence sourcing decisions
• Strengthen supplier performance on cost, quality and compliance
• Support financial planning, forecasting and budget management

Key requirements

• Proven Technology or IT Services procurement experience in a global organisation
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts
• Ability to combine commercial judgement with financial insight and influence stakeholders
• Financial services or regulated-sector experience is advantageous
• CIPS qualification is advantageous
