Multi-Trader

Overview

In this role you will repair and refurbish void social housing properties to prepare them for new residents. You’ll apply multiple trades, from carpentry to tiling, ensuring high quality work done safely and efficiently. You’ll identify defects and log works and materials used, supporting a safe, well-maintained home for communities. Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and refurbishment works in void social housing properties
• Perform multi-trade tasks (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering)
• Ensure work is safe, efficient, and high quality
• Identify and resolve property defects
• Accurately record completed works and materials used
• Follow Health & Safety and safeguarding procedures

Key requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade
• Experience in social housing repairs, maintenance, or voids
• Strong multi-trade skills and a quality-focused approach
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
