Senior ERP Specialist / Oracle Fusion Functional Lead

Overview

In this role, you will be a senior Oracle Fusion ERP specialist within Computershare’s Oracle Cloud Technology team, shaping the global Oracle ERP platform for finance. You’ll lead functional design and hands-on configuration to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support worldwide operations. You’ll collaborate with Finance leaders, process owners and partners to influence platform strategy and drive value, efficiency, and governance. The role blends leadership with practical delivery in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimise Oracle Fusion ERP solutions
• Provide functional leadership across the delivery lifecycle (discovery to deployment)
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders on solution options
• Lead workshops with Finance stakeholders, Global Process Owners, delivery teams and third-party partners
• Develop solution designs and translate requirements into Oracle Fusion configurations
• Configure accounting rules, workflows, reference data, and enterprise structures
• Assess risks and delivery impacts, providing recommendations to leadership
• Support roadmap planning and prioritisation of platform investments
• Assure quality of work from internal teams, SI partners, and vendors
• Define and support testing activities (system, integration, regression, UAT)
• Lead root cause analysis for complex incidents and act as escalation point
• Support Oracle quarterly release assessments, testing, and adoption of new functionality
• Ensure security, audit, governance, segregation of duties and internal control compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform capability and user experience

Key requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in large-scale environments
• Ability to design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimise within Oracle Fusion
• Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting principles, internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and decision-support skills
• Experience working with third-party vendors and SIs and assuring their deliverables
• Essential Skills & Experience: Oracle Fusion ERP Financials in core modules (GL, SLA, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Tax, Procurement, or Financial Control)
• Proven configuration experience and functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing & deployment
• Experience configuring workflows, approvals, accounting rules, enterprise structures, and reference data
• Experience supporting Oracle quarterly releases and managing functional change
