Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

As Civil Engineer you will deliver infrastructure-focused designs from concept to completion for house-building and other projects. You will collaborate with design teams and clients, ensuring technical approvals are met across S104, S38 and S278 processes. Your work directly supports the delivery of drainage, highways and external works, with a focus on practical, compliant solutions. Responsibilities

• Design diverse civil infrastructure schemes from inception to completion
• Collaborate with design team members and clients during the design process
• Work across all infrastructure aspects of projects from technical approvals to client perspectives
• Apply knowledge of S104, S38 and S278 approval processes
• Prepare technical reports and contribute to high-quality written outputs

Key requirements

• Qualification in civil engineering (HNC/HND or Degree)
• Previous design experience in the civils sector
• Excellent report writing, communication and numerical skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civils 3D and Micro Drainage
• Good working knowledge of SUDs
• Experience delivering infrastructure elements with both technical and client viewpoints
